I’m looking for an experienced window repair technician or handyman to repair 3 A&L awning windows in Manor Lakes, VIC. Problem: * All 3 window winders have the same issue. * When I turn the handle, there is some resistance initially. * As I continue turning, there is a noticeable click/clunk, after which the handle spins freely. * The windows remain stuck closed and do not open. * Photos of the windows and A&L winder mechanisms are attached. I’m looking for someone who can diagnose the issue and repair or replace the faulty winder mechanisms or any other parts required. Please include in your quote: * Total price (labour + parts if possible). * Whether replacement parts are included or extra. * Availability. * Any warranty on the repair. I’m looking for an experienced handyman or garage-door installer to install a complete weatherproof sealing kit on my double roller garage door in Point Cook. The kit will be supplied and includes: Aluminium brush seals for the top and both sides Rubber bottom seal with aluminium carriers Adhesive and self-tapping screws Product details and installation reference: https://sealyourgarage.com.au/products/roller-double-garage-door-weatherproof The task includes: Measuring and cutting the aluminium carriers to fit Installing the brush seals along the top and sides Installing and adjusting the rubber bottom seal Ensuring the roller door opens and closes freely after installation Sealing joins neatly and removing any installation waste Testing the finished installation for visible gaps Please bring all required tools, including appropriate cutting equipment, drill/driver, ladder and safety equipment.
