Area: Approx. 25 m² ceiling (see attached photo) Scope: Replace missing plasterboard, set/joint (stopping), sand, and finish and paint to nearly matching rest of the ceiling. Existing: Ceiling is already cut open with exposed joists, wiring, and ducting Ceiling height: Standard (approx. 2.4–2.7m) Could you please confirm: Total price (including labour + materials) included cornice work. Please confirm If you can handle small electrical adjustments like connect downlights. It is all working plug and connect but just need to have whole in the plaster board ceiling. Only certified tradesman who have relevant insurance and can provide invoice are only expected to put their offers.
