1. I have purchased the paint to repaint the staircase railing and the metal gate at the entry door. And fix a flyscreen on the gate. I have removed the old fly screen. The metal and the rail has been sand as well. 2. Grout the second toilet—only a few tiles require work. 3. Install the air-conditioner remote-control holder on the wall. 4. The window frames are starting to crack; they need a fresh coat of paint to prevent further damage. Material will be on me. Offer is for labour only
