Task: Repair commercial 3-hole wok burner – pilot safety valve malfunction I have a commercial 3-burner wok range, and all three burners have a pilot safety issue. Normally, the cook must push and hold the safety button to release gas and ignite the pilot. Current problems: Gas comes out even without pressing the safety button All safety buttons are stuck / cannot be pushed at all Pilot safety valves are not functioning Gas bypasses the safety mechanism on all burners At the moment, I must keep all pilots ON to prevent gas leaking out, because the safety valves do not close properly. What I need: A licensed gas technician to: Inspect the wok range Unstick/repair/replace all pilot safety buttons and valves Check and replace thermocouples if needed Ensure the pilot and safety shut-off system works normally
