I have 3 large weeping paperbark trees in my garden and i'd like to get rid of 2 of them. One of them is around 5m from the house. They drop lots of branches/leaves etc and block gutters .The council have rejected the application as they look healthy. There is no evidence of damage to foundations/driveway etc yet. I've read they can drop branches even when they look healthy. I'm trying to build a case to help get them removed and I'm looking for someone to do an arborist report saying they are a potential hazard.

I need my yard cleaned up for summer. I have kids and dogs and we want to be able to enjoy the yard. At the moment theres a few piles of rubbish that needs loading and removal. Then it needs to be maintained. So weeds cut, quick mow and any debris removed. I want to have this safe for my kid to play. Please see photos for reference. please note: swing chair, wood sandpit, bird cage, trampoline, swings and the large garden cage are not being removed. These will remain.
