Photos attached + layout: - Yellow = lawns - Red = garden beds - Blue = boundary strip Scope of work Lawns (yellow) - Mow ~3,4 areas (combined <100 sqm) - Whipper snip / edge (driveway, paths, kerbs) - Clean finish (no clippings left behind) Garden beds (red) - Weed 4–5 beds (combined <150 sqm) - Remove built-up leaf litter (incl. old piles) - General plant tidy (dead leaves, light shaping) Retaining walls / slopes - Remove weeds/vines from stone walls - Tidy tops and edges - Clear overgrowth from paths Trees & palms - Trim palm fronds (incl. fallen) - Pruning of other trees/shrubs as needed Boundary strip (blue – important) - Full clean-up of narrow strip along retaining wall/fence - Remove weeds, debris, excess growth - Cut back and clear vegetation as needed (incl. heavier pruning) to allow proper water flow and prevent buildup General - Leaf/debris clean-up across property - Careful clean-up around pool equipment - Remove weeds from cracks/edges/hard surfaces - Clear built-up dirt and debris around and within accessible drainage areas to ensure proper water flow - Green waste removal (bin available, but extra disposal required) Notes - Multi-level property with steps, retaining walls (tighter access) - Some dense areas (palms) require careful/manual work - Some beds need light reset (debris clear-out, tidy surface) - Includes **front nature strip (council verge)** - Lawn edges need re-defining (overgrowth onto concrete) ### Pool area Work carefully to avoid excessive debris in pool.
