Core Responsibilities Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and whipper snipping to a high standard. Hedge & Tree Maintenance: Light pruning, hedge trimming, and green waste management. Garden Bed Care: Mulching, weeding, and general plant care. General Tidy-Ups: Property cleanup, leaf blowing, and ensuring grounds meet real estate inspection standards.

Looking for someone to give our backyard and side garden in Wakerley a thorough clean-up and tidy. The garden is quite established and has become overgrown in some areas. I don’t want the garden removed or heavily cut back — I want to keep the greenery but have everything looking neat, controlled and well maintained. Work required: Prune and trim overgrown trees, shrubs and plants Cut back vegetation growing over/along the fence and pathways Trim plants so the pathways and side access are clear Tidy vegetation around the air-conditioning units Weed and tidy all garden beds Remove dead leaves, branches and dead/untidy growth Trim and contain the ground-cover plants where they are spreading onto the concrete Rake/collect fallen leaves and garden debris Sweep/blow the patio, paths and concrete areas Clean and remove bird poo from the outdoor areas, including concrete/patio and other affected surfaces General tidy-up of the whole backyard and side passage Collect and remove all green waste and rubbish generated from the job No pressure cleaning of the concrete is required at this stage. Please bring your own gardening and cleaning equipment. When making an offer, please confirm whether green-waste removal/disposal is included in your price.
