I would like to change carpet to Titan Hybrid flooring. Strata have come back with the following: I don't think the Committee has advice on the non-hard flooring/ hybrid flooring. Hence, the Committee has requested an acoustic engineer report showing that the proposed hybrid flooring will be in equivalent to the Regupol 10mm.

I need the existing floor tiles at the entry of my apartment to be removed. I’ll be installing a new timber floor, so this job is only for tile removal — not installation.
