Need existing timber sleepers removed and replaced. Total length approx 6m, height approx 330mm. Must be cut/trimmed to fit around tree trunk (see photos) and installed straight, level and secure. Includes sleeper to the top of the steps. Task includes: - Remove old sleepers - Supply + install new sleepers (H4 treated pine or hardwood) - Proper fixing/anchoring (posts/pegs + suitable fasteners) - Clean up and dispose of old sleepers (or quote option to leave stacked) Quote must include: Total price (labour + materials + disposal) Material type you’re using When you can do it Thank you

We’re looking for an experienced timber floor professional to rejuvenate (oil polish) our hardwax-oil timber floors — no sanding. Details: • Engineered European oak parquet (Tongue & Groove – Raba) • Finish: WOCA Hardwax Oil • Area: ~28 sqm (living room + kitchen, open plan) We already have the WOCA products (Intensive Cleaner + Maintenance Oil). We’re looking for someone with the correct polishing/buffing machine (rotary) and experience with hardwax oil floors to do the clean + oil rejuvenation properly. Please let me know your experience with hardwax oil floors, the machine you use, and your quote.

Budget is flexible. A timber flooring ‘expert’ came to polish my floors but messed up an entire panel. Looking for quotes to fix it and get the timber flooring guy to pay for it. Only got him to stain it because he said it would make it look better but it still looks horrendous.
