Experienced builder or senior carpenter needed to quote and complete a rear timber deck rebuild in Birchgrove (Inner West). This is a like-for-like replacement of an existing elevated deck (~2.1 m high) with new engineered concrete footings (up to 800 mm deep in places). Structural drawings are complete and will be provided. The job was previously allocated but the builder has gone on extended sick leave; all materials have already been ordered and are stored under the house. We’re looking for someone experienced with elevated decks and working from engineer’s drawings, with availability to complete the build by 6 January. Site visit and quote ASAP.

Requirements: Flooring to be installed: laminate or vinyl only Room size: greater than 20sqm There are no moisture concerns in the area All flooring waste must be removed by the Tasker I will handle the final disposal of waste, but ask that you remove all waste material from the premises after installation.
