Composite Decking Installation – Labour Only – Schofields I need an experienced carpenter/decking installer to install approximately 42.4 m² of composite decking at my property in Schofields. The deck is approximately 300 mm high. I will supply all materials: Composite decking boards Aluminium framing Supports/feet Clips and screws Fascia/finishing materials Labour only required. The job includes: Setting out and measuring Levelling Installing the aluminium frame Correct joist spacing Installing composite boards and clips Cutting and finishing edges/fascia Completing the deck to a professional finish You must have previous experience installing composite decking, preferably on an aluminium frame. Please provide a fixed labour-only price and photos of previous composite decking work. My budget is approximately $4,000–$5,000, depending on experience and scope. Please don't quote if you have only installed timber decking and have no composite decking experience. Thank you.

I purchased a old house and the bedrooms and living rooms have nice polished floors. However the dining room, sunroom area and another small room have ugly laminate. Some of the laminate is coming apart from the edges and one small room has old carpet which I pulled off and you can see the hard wood. Just wondering should I take the risk and remove all the laminate and get it polished to match the other nice rooms. Any recommendations? I’m scared if I pulled all the laminate off the underneath wood will be bad, not sure why the previous owner never polished the whole house

Someone has let me down for the opening of my new studio and I open on Sat and need someone to lay vinyl sheet flooring for me if possible. Room is 24square meters, Rooms size 2.8x7.42, has cupboards that can’t be moved so to work around. I will have the old carpet tiles ripped up and as you can see the floor is flat underneath. Can do anytime as I have 24hour access to building. Newtown

I have vinyl that I need laid before Saturday if possible. It is a 24 square meter room but there are cupboards that can’t be moved that will need to be worked around. I have the sheet vinyl already from Bunnings. I will have the carpet ripped up and the floor is pretty flush underneath.
