Timber hard wood floor boards with minimal wear and tear need maintenance. Priming / sanding needed and polishing with a Solvent-Based Polyurethane for maximum durability preferred. All equipment and products would need to be included. 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a hallway all needed, though many areas are in great shape and would need minimal work. Total area is 60 sqm. Flooring Installer Needed – Itemised Quote for 2-Bed Apartment (Ashfield) Job Description: I am looking for an experienced flooring installer to lay new flooring in a 2-bedroom, 1-living/dining room, and hallway apartment in Ashfield. The total floor area to be covered is approximately 66m² (excluding bathrooms, but including wardrobe interiors). The flooring planks and underlay sheets have already been purchased. I will also source the specific finishing trims myself. I am looking for a fully itemised quote for the labor and any additional small materials required, as I may complete some of the preparation or removal tasks myself to save on costs. Please note that skirting boards are not required at this stage. The floor plan is attached to help with your initial estimation if needed. Please provide a rough estimate or indicative quote based on these details (I understand that a site survey is needed for the final quoting, however I will still require an indicative quote first to move forward), along with your current availability and estimated time to complete the job?
