We have a our floor covered with interlocking rubber tiles at the moment, however we would like to install a wood look floating floor (eg. vinyl tiles or similar). Is approximately 40m2. The space already has existing underlay in the green section of the attached floor plan. The yellow section is timber, and would need underlay (which we could supply). Purple section includes a small bathroom (no shower), which has an existing vinyl floor, that scoops up the wall for waterproofing. See additional photos for some of the office space too. Happy to discuss price further. We would likely supply the tiles ourselves.

Remove and dispose of existing carpet and underlay, and 1. Install wooden planks in a 54m² (minus the planks in the kitchen) unit (bedroom and living area).
