Hi, we are looking for someone to assist with Complying Development Design Documentation for a planned renovation in Inner West of Sydney. Scope of Works: - Internal renovation of existing kitchen and bathroom areas -Master bedroom reconfiguration - Minor reconfiguration of internal walls on ground and upper floor -structural engineer specs for beam to support a load bearing wall - Services (plumbing and electrical) to be upgraded or relocated in line with design Required Deliverables - Existing and proposed floor plans - Internal elevations for kitchen and bathrooms - Site plan (showing location within the existing dwelling footprint) - Documentation confirming compliance with relevant CDC controls and BCA requirements - Coordination of any required input from a certifier, or other consultants (e.g. engineer) We are looking for someone who is easy to work with, who has experience in CDC who can deliver cost effective and practical design advice. We have a detailed survey and advanced Sketch-Up design that we have worked on that we can supply. Timeframe: Documentation to be completed in next 4 weeks. - Please provide a fixed-fee or hourly-rate quote with scope breakdown - Outline relevant experience with CDC documentation and previous projects.

Looking to get stone tile wall cladding done professionally. I’ll can buy / supply the tiles and materials—just need someone experienced to carry out the installation. The wall is shown in the attached picture in an external wall in the sun roof area. The final dimensions will be 250 cm in height and 180 cm in width, as the wall height will be slightly increased. I am after a licensed builder or licensed structural landscaper to install my Paradise Pools 7m x 3.5m (1.29 - 1.8m) modular kit. The ground will already be excavated, you will only need an auger to dig for support beams as shown in plan. I have attached the engineering plans and information for your reading. This pool is built as a four sided retaining wall with a liner receiver, requiring concrete, drainage line and aggregate as per normal retaining wall construction. This project will not be completed until September / October as it’s in a new build, however I am required to submit CDC with licence and installer details. I will take care of dirt backfill, electrical, etc. Your only job is to install the sides and the liner. I will be receiving the full instruction manual shortly and can forward on when I receive it. The plans are pretty straight forward, however it is too much effort to source an owner builder permit and would rather pay someone with a structural license. Listed price is negotiable in terms of fees

Building 2 Pergola style hardwood timber frames. I will later run wires over the top to support grape vine for shade. Example in attached photo - one side is attached to the wall with at least 4 pillars. Dimensions approx. 4m length, 3m wide and 3m high I can supply the materials.
