Looking for a licensed and experienced building and pest inspector to carry out a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection for a residential property in Point Cook, VIC. The scope should include a full building inspection covering internal and external areas, roof exterior and roof cavity (if accessible), and subfloor (if applicable).
