I am seeking someone to supply and install multicolour LED Christmas lights on my two-storey house. The lights should be remotely controllable for colour changes and allow scheduling—such as turning on for 8 hours and off for 16 hours. Please refer to the attached photo; I have marked in red exactly where I want the lights installed. The installer will be responsible for creating and installing required amount of IP68 GPO power outlet at the top end of the installation. At the lower end, you can use the existing power source inside the carport. It’s important that any hooks or mounting tracks used are installed so they can be reused in upcoming years, since the plan is to remove the lights at the end of January and reinstall different lights next year in the same spots. Proposed cost for this job should include providing extension ladders or portable scaffolding to reach the required height. We’re looking for a qualified electrician to inspect and resolve two minor issues at one of our short-term rental apartments in Burleigh Heads. Details: Two ceiling fans (bedrooms) are running slower than normal and may need checking. The dishwasher socket appears to be tripping the power when left switched on — we’d like this tested and repaired if necessary.
