Drainage/Sewerage Contractor Hello, My partner and I are looking for quotes (licensed plumbers only) for a small-moderate residential job. Our home is a small workers cottage that has an extension at the rear built by the previous owner. There is a gully under our kitchen floor into which the shower/bath and vanity run into. Last year it blocked and had to be waterjetted clear, it has since collapsed and there is minimal drainage from the shower and vanity. All other plumbing is clear via CCTV and appears to be flowing fine to the mains. We would like to have the existing plumbing under the house capped off and new plumbing rerouted around the exterior of the house. Please see photos attached of the existing plumbing situation and the proposed solution. We will remove all brick pavers and roughly excavate and refill trenches required as well as dispose of all waste so will only require a plumber to perform the precision excavation to get the falls right and to lay the pipework. There is minimal room (would require crawling on belly without further excavation) under the house to access the vanity drain so cutting through the tile under the vanity may be required. I want to build a Pagola in my backyard that has to be attached to the house and it’s it’s roughly 35 m² and I need a building surveyor to help me obtain the permit through the council and all the necessary documentation. As you can see from the drawing the right side that is 9 m long is going to be where the post are going to be and the other side is attached to the house through roof bracket. I have decided to go with a flat roof and using sunlite polycarbonate sheets. The Pagola is going to be made out of timber. And I would like to have after at 1 m spam to each other. Is there a building surveyor that can drive through the process? I am located in Mount Martha Victoria. How would like to have a surveyor that is local or nearby my area.

Looking for an experienced timber floor repair specialist to fix burn marks on wooden floorboards caused by hot coal/embers. Damage is mostly superficial and does not appear deep. There are 2 affected areas: * One area has several small sprinkle-like burn marks scattered across the floor (similar to water splash marks) * Another area has a cluster of slightly larger burn spots around 1–2 cm in size Photos attached for reference.
