The job will involve: Assessing the current opening Modifying the doorway/frame as required to suit a wider door Supplying and/or installing the new external door Ensuring the door is secure, weather-sealed, and finished neatly Open to timber or aluminium options depending on advice. I had some flooring replaced and tiles broke in the process. I have found matching slate tiles to our slate tiles but 20x30cms and the existing tiles are 30x30. I need the tiles to be cut back in a straight line along the edge and the 20x30 tiles laid over the new floor. Floor space is 390cms x 58cms.

Structural Engineer to certify completed engineering drawings of a 6 unit-triple storey residential building. I have engineering drawings fully prepared and just require certification which includes Reg 126 COC. The engineering document includes: - slab plan design (build over easement) - 3 storey framing plan (All beams and lintels have been designed) - 3 Storey Bracing plan Drawings have been finalised and ready to review as soon as possible. Would prefer to have someone review this soon as all documents are ready. The engineering is 99% complete and should only require minimal mark-ups as it have been completed by an experienced engineer (10+ years of residential experience) only require certification. Any drafting mark ups required for certification will be done by me.
