I require an anchor point to be designed to concrete into an existing roadway. This will be used for temporary marquee tie downs multiple times a year. Anchor point must have a minimum uplift rating of 25kN (2.5tons). There are a number of existing in place already. We have permission to dig a 1200 by 450 by 450 hole into the roadway for concreting it in place. Photos of existing anchor points. Must include drawing and engineering for manufacture by local steel fabricator

Need Draftsperson / Building Designer to update floor plans for Building Permit I am in the process of obtaining a building permit for my apartment renovation in Melbourne (CBD). My current Architect has stopped responding, so I need another professional to help finalise the plans. Tasks required: - Add fire hydrant location to the apartment floor plan (building level plan) - Add ceiling height to my apartment’s internal floor plan I already have the PDF files of the existing plans. Hi Folks, I have an existing 7x3m Colourbond (gabled) patio that has seen better days and needs to be replaced. I am seeking a draftsman to draw me a replacement 7x4m patio (flat roof) that I can use to estimate materials from and assist with build. I can confirm measurements and take pictures for context. The drawings won’t be submitted to council and thus don’t need to meet that standard. Simply a matter of drawing what I need (timber posts with a colorbond flat roof, one side connected to the fascia. Please send me an offer and we can get cracking.
