In addition to excavation and soil removal, we would also require retaining wall construction as part of the overall scope. The key requirements are as follows: 1. Excavation and soil removal The entire backyard is to be excavated in accordance with the sketch/survey provided, and all excess soil must be removed from site. Please note that the access path is approximately 1 metre wide, so the quotation should take this site access condition into account. 2. Retaining wall construction A retaining wall will also be required as part of these works. As these works are related to our Occupation Certificate (OC) requirements, it is essential that the contractor holds the appropriate builder’s licence / qualifications and is properly qualified to carry out retaining wall works. We would appreciate it if you could provide your relevant builder licence details and qualifications together with the quotation. 3. Comprehensive scope and system proposal As this work is intended to support the OC process, we would require a clear and complete quotation covering the full proposed system, including for example: • drainage solution • retaining wall footing/foundation • retaining wall materials • any other necessary structural components We would appreciate it if you could provide a clear and detailed quotation, together with a brief outline of the full scope of works included.And we need licensed builder (with Home Owner Warranty Insurance) Thank you very much for your assistance, and we look forward to your reply. Joineries on the 2nd floor of our house appear to be loose/sliding out. Will need someone who has a high enough ladder and experience to come in and fix it. Issue is from 2 sides of the house. Majority is at the back of the house where the first floor roof can be used to reach it The 2nd side is on my neighbors side, and a higher ladder is needed, as it will need to come over the fence in between my neighbor and our house

Replace damaged floor boards underneath and in front of fridge see pics. I have off cuts that may or may not fit or match the shade, if not can always take some from the linen closet or wardrobe. I would like at least 4 planks in front of the fridge to match, underneath is not as important but looking for best fit. Would suit a flooring contractor or prefer someone with experience for a good fit that will last.
