Our platform is nearing completion, and we’re now looking for a skilled designer to help us bring it to life through polished, user-friendly web experiences. If you’re passionate about clean design, intuitive UX, and turning complex ideas into elegant digital journeys — we’d love to work with you. Budget: $500 Due Date: 27-Jun-25 Location: Brisbane (Preferably New Farm/City area) We’re seeking an experienced web/UI/UX designer to finalise the design of a SaaS platform currently in development. You’ll be responsible for polishing the structure and visual design of key pages and preparing a complete design handoff for the software development team. Scope of Work 1. Review and Refine the Sitemap 2. Wireframe Key Pages 3. Develop High-Fidelity UI Designs 4. Design the ‘MyGarage’ Dashboard What We Provide: • Brand assets (logo, colours, icons, etc.) • Draft sitemap and page notes • Sample wireframes • Founder support and fast feedback Ideal Candidate: • Strong experience in SaaS or dashboard UI design • Proficient with Figma (or similar) • Able to work independently with input from founder • Understands how to present complex data in a user-friendly way Deliverables: • Finalised sitemap (PDF or FigJam) • High-fidelity wireframes in Figma • Responsive web designs for core screens (Figma) • Developer-ready design specs with spacing, components, and states • Up to 2 revision rounds To Apply please include: • Portfolio link (especially dashboards or SaaS) • Availability and timeframe • Any relevant experience with data-rich interfaces

I’m looking for someone to create a set of editable Canva templates for use across posters (A4/A3) and social media (Instagram & Facebook). The goal is to have a suite of visually cohesive templates that reflect a clean, modern look and are easy for our team to reuse with updated content for our two restaurants Clifford's Grill & Lounge and Waves Buffet Restaurant in Surfers Paradise, Australia. What we need: - 3–5 poster templates (e.g. events, promotions, announcements) - 5–7 social media templates (e.g. Instagram/Facebook posts, stories, Reels covers) You’ll be responsible for: - Creating a complimentary colour palette to suit the brand’s style and audience - Selecting fonts that work well across both print and digital - Designing templates in Canva, with ease of editing in mind We’ll provide: - Logo files - Brand tone and audience overview Please note: Although the two outlets should be individually branded, they should somehow align as the restaurants are based in the same building and the posters will hang side by side on the walls. A third outlet, is also part of the alignment.
