Hi there! We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person with neat handwriting to come to our office and help us package, address, and post 80 individual products. Please note: You will need to purchase the packaging materials and pay for postage at the post office. These costs will be fully reimbursed upon presentation of the receipts, in addition to your fee for completing the task. Task Breakdown: Procure Packaging: Stop by the post office to purchase 80 appropriate bags/boxes for the items (either on your way to us, or run out to grab them once you see the items). On-Site Packaging & Addressing: Come to our office located in Melbourne CBD. Here, you will carefully pack each of the 80 products into the bags/boxes. You will also handwrite the recipient's name and address onto each package using our provided list. Neat, clear, and legible handwriting is an absolute must, along with high attention to detail. Postage: Transport all 80 completed packages from our office to the nearest Australia Post office. Pay for the shipping, send them off, and send us a photo of the receipt so we can reimburse the total cost of packaging and postage. What we will provide: A comfortable space in our office to complete the packaging and addressing. All 80 products. A printed list containing the 80 recipient names and addresses. Full reimbursement for the cost of the packaging materials and postage. What you need: A vehicle to transport the items from our office to the post office. Neat, easy-to-read handwriting. Great attention to detail to avoid delivery errors. The ability to temporarily cover the cost of the packaging and postage upfront (reimbursed via the Airtasker expense feature). Timeline: We need someone to come into the office and complete this task by 9th July.
