We’re looking for a reliable, professional and well-presented person to complete approximately **8 customer hamper deliveries across Melbourne’s western suburbs in one day**. This is a customer-facing task, not just a courier run. You’ll be representing the business directly, so we need someone warm, confident, organised and polished. For each delivery, you’ll need to: - Drive to the customer’s address using your own car - Personally hand over a gift hamper - Greet the customer professionally - Ask whether they are happy to provide a short video testimonial - **Only record if the customer clearly agrees** - Let them know the video may be used on the business’s social media and marketing - Record the testimonial using simple prompts we provide - Ask for their Instagram/social handle if they’re comfortable being tagged when the video is posted - Check the footage before leaving - Send the testimonial + social handle to me **immediately after each delivery** - Confirm once the delivery is complete, even if they decline the testimonial ### Consent Customers are **not required** to provide a testimonial or share their socials. Please do not pressure anyone. Before recording, confirm they are comfortable: 1. Being filmed 2. Having the video used for social media/marketing If they agree, separately ask whether they’d like to be tagged when it is posted. ### Video quality Testimonials must be filmed vertically and should be: - Clear and in focus - Steady - Well lit - Clearly audible - Neatly framed - Free from excessive background noise If the footage is unusable, please re-record before leaving if the customer is happy to do so. ### You must have - Your own car + valid licence - A good-quality smartphone - Mobile data - Strong communication skills - Professional presentation - Good time management - Confidence speaking with customers We’ll provide customer names, addresses, timing preferences, route order and testimonial prompts in advance.
