Hello, We’re looking for a private chef to prepare a delicious Christmas lunch for our Sydney team. We’re thinking two protein options (one vegetarian) and 2–3 sides or salads at around $70 per head. Unfortunately, we don’t have kitchen facilities on-site, so the meal would need to be fully prepared in advance. We do have crockery and cutlery available, so we’ll be able to plate and serve everything once it arrives. Hi! Our wedding is 8 Nov and we'd love an on the day coordinator to ensure back of house is running smoothly. It's 32 people and at home. Everything will be set up + styled, but we'd like someone to help with : 1. Troubleshooting on the day / ensuring everything runs smoothly 2.Ceremony Vendor Coordination - serving as the single point of contact for two vendors (Celebrant, Waitstaff), overseeing set up and breakdown, troubleshooting any vendor issues and ensuring deliveries arrive at the correct time 3. Ceremony flow - cuing music and processional timing, coordinating with officiant, and the wedding party, managing transitions between ceremony and cocktail hour 4.
