I’m planning a few modifications to my home in Salisbury and would like your help with design, documentation and council approval. The scope is: 1. Add a timber pergola to the rear patio (approx. [insert dimensions if known]). 2. Install an in-ground pool in the backyard (approx. [insert dimensions / location]). 3. Open a new external/internal door in one of the bedrooms (location shown on attached photos/plan). Could you please provide: • A preliminary site visit (availability next week?) and an initial design proposal; • A full set of working drawings / blueprints suitable for construction; • A quote for design, documentation and lodging the planning/building permit with Salisbury Council; and • An estimate of typical approval time and any likely planning constraints (setbacks, pool fencing, pergola height, etc.).

I am looking for an experienced kitchen installer to complete a full installation in Madora Bay in mid to late November. Job includes: - Removal of the existing kitchen, including row of tiles (skip bin provided – all materials must be placed in the bin) - Assembly and installation of the new Kaboodle kitchen (base cabinet, pantry cabinet, island, drawer cabinet and wall cabinet) - Laminate benchtop installation with cut-outs (all needing drawer handles, hinges, drawer fronts, drawer runners and handles fitted) - Installation of integrated range hood, oven, cook top - Plumbing: disconnection and reconnection of dishwasher and sink - Installation of new sink and taps - Removal of existing splashback tiling (minimal – just one row of tiles). If wall surface damage occurs, repairs will be necessary - Disposal of all packaging from the new kitchen (into skip bin provided) Important details: - This quote is for labour only. - All appliances, cabinets, benchtops, sink, taps, splashback tiles, plumbing fittings, and power points will be supplied by me. - Skip bin will also be provided. - If any damage occurs during demolition (e.g. removing tiles or cabinets), it must be repaired at no additional cost. - Installer must have experience with kitchen installations, plumbing and electrical connections of this kind. Timing: - Installation required mid to late November. Please confirm availability, and include relevant experience. If there are elements of the job you cannot complete, please specify. I am happy to arrange additional contractors as needed.

I would like to install a few pull out drawers on my cabinet next to fridge. It was custom made but not happy with it as it is too deep and too tall. I wasn’t able to fully utilize the space. I’ll need to drill a few holes inside the cabinet; put shelving’s and stick the drawers on shelves.

Someone that understands good notes I’m a cabinet maker I want to use good notes for initial measure up I want a template setup to make it easier for example ceiling height materials tops doors etc then I want text boxes that I can drag and put into my drawings example corner pantry blank cabinet sink cab etc. I was then hoping half tutorial on how to use it the best many thanks.

Would like to add another bottom sliding pull out drawer to my existing vanity ( instead of keeping storage containers under it) … similar colour/material as existing one. Happy if you are a cabinet maker and can make one or get one made up from Bunnings and install , installation needs to be sliding and look like it’s always been there, not an add on. Will cover cost of all Materials and installation.
