The inspection report says the following need to be done. - Underpurlins not supported at ends causing sagging over rear section of roof. Additional struts required including bracing / strapping - Underpurlins to main section of roof require additional support at the joins or overlapped areas. - Strapping or bracing to existing struts required including multiple locations. Supply and installation of required roof bracing Any additional structural timber supports needed Important: Must be a qualified carpenter (no handymen)

Three art board consist of MDF 70 cm x 100 cm panels and a wooden slatted subframe (2 cm thick and 4 cm wide). They are joined together either with wood glue or screws (the screws should be long enough to prevent them from breaking through the face). The face of the frame should be clean and free of holes, nails, and other unnecessary items. If you glue the frame and subframe together with glue, you need to clamp them together to ensure a secure bond. This is how we do it. We install furniture fasteners. The wood in the subframe is removed to create a recess, and then this hanger is installed in that recess. I'm attaching a photo of my frame.

Build a Flower wooden Cart Please build a market-style cart crafted from plywood with a natural timber finish, giving it a warm, organic appearance while remaining practical and functional. The cart should feature removable decorative plywood wheels to create a classic market-cart aesthetic. Hidden beneath the cart, incorporate lockable castor wheels to allow for smooth mobility and secure positioning during events. The overall design should be foldable, enabling easy transportation, setup, and compact storage when not in use. I would like to add holes on the top for the buckets of the flowers (see photos below) and a tap for water inside the cart. I would also like the wood to be painted white. Looking for a carpenter, cabinet maker or joiner to remove an existing linen press and build a new custom floor-to-ceiling linen cupboard in the same location. The existing linen press is shown in the attached photos. It currently stops partway up the wall, leaving unused space above. I would like it removed and replaced with a full-height storage solution finished in white to match the rest of the home. Requirements: -Remove and dispose of existing linen press structure. -Build a custom floor-to-ceiling linen press. -Install a full-height vertical divider panel. -Create a narrow storage section down one side for brooms, mops, step ladders, indoor drying racks, ironing boards and other tall items. -Maximise the remaining width with deep shelving for towels, linen, baskets, toilet paper and general household storage. -Supply and install a custom door to fully enclose the cupboard. White finish to match existing joinery. Quality hinges and hardware (soft-close preferred). Design Intent: The tall storage section only needs to be wide enough to slide long items in and out. The majority of the cupboard should be dedicated to wider shelves to maximise storage capacity. I have attached photos of the existing space along with AI-generated concept mock-ups showing the general layout I am after. The mock-ups are for illustrative purposes only and dimensions can be adjusted based on site measurements and professional recommendations. Please provide a quote for removal, supply, manufacture and installation. Looking for a clean, practical and professional finish.

We require a wood laundry bench to be installed. Photos of size of space are attached. Bench would need to be 1780 x 600 mm. The thickness of the bench can only be 30 mm due to tile on wall - however open to having a leg somewhere or timber struts to ensure it’s stable.
