📞 Follow-Up Calls to Residential Builders for local Electronic Security Company We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced person to follow up on a list of residential builders for our small family owned and operated electronic security company. This task is to be completed within 1 month from acceptance and is suitable for remote work within Australia. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Calling 400 builders (list provided in a spreadsheet). Clicking each website link (included in the spreadsheet) to gather a phone number. Making a follow-up call (not cold) referencing a previous email we sent. Updating the spreadsheet with the following: Phone number Call outcome notes (e.g. “1st May 2025 – Spoke with Jarrad, not interested, remove from list”). Skipping contacts already marked as: Green (current customers) Red (excluded contacts) 📌 Additional Expectations: Spend 15 minutes on phone call to understand what our company does in order to answer basic questions to potential customers. Pass on any interested parties to us in a timely manner. Provide our business contact details (we’ll supply them) if requested during a call. Maintain professionalism at all times when representing Ray Turner Technologies. ✅ Requirements: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, customer service, etc. High attention to detail and reliable note-taking Ability to work independently and manage workload over the course of the month Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and online research (clicking links, gathering data) 🕒 Timeframe: To be completed within 30 days of task acceptance. 💰 Budget: $250.00 depending on your experience, accuracy and speed.
