We're hosting a fun internal event at our company on Thursday, 15th May, and we’re looking for a talented videographer/photographer to capture the day from start to finish! Our staff will be showcasing their own drink recipe creations using one of our newly ranged products which is a drinking chocolate—and we want to professionally document the entire experience as our staff create their layered drink recipes on the day using our drinking chocolate products in milk choc, white choc and dark choc. What we need: A creative who can capture high-resolution video and stills Confident in shooting food and drink content (both the process and the final results) Able to film staff on camera as they present and explain their creations briefly. Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and offering drink suggestions. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tools, equipment, and workstations. Handle cash, EFTPOS, and POS transactions accurately. Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Clean glassware and utensils, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support overall bar and venue operations. Manage bar opening and closing duties when required. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 6–12 months preferred). A valid RSA certificate (essential). Knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Desirable: Barista or coffee-making experience. Wine knowledge or barista training certification. Experience working in fast-paced bars, pubs, clubs, or hotel venues.
