Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and offering drink suggestions. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tools, equipment, and workstations. Handle cash, EFTPOS, and POS transactions accurately. Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Clean glassware and utensils, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support overall bar and venue operations. Manage bar opening and closing duties when required.
