We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The role requires availability from 7:00am – 3:00pm, including peak morning service. We are a fast-paced café, so you must be confident working independently and capable of handling up to 8kg of coffee per shift on your own while maintaining consistency, speed, and quality. We are also looking for someone who is confident preparing specialty beverages such as chai lattes, matcha, hot chocolates, iced drinks, and other non-coffee menu items to a high standard. What we’re looking for: • Strong experience in busy café environments • Confident dialling in and adjusting grinders • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Consistent milk texturing and latte art • Experience making specialty drinks (chai, matcha, etc.) • Friendly and professional customer service • Reliable and punctual This role suits someone who thrives in high-volume service and can stay calm and organised during rush periods. If you have the experience and speed to handle a busy coffee service solo, we’d love to hear from you.
