Hi! My fridge, a fairly old model, has had a rattling freezer section for the last week or two. It seems to be working fine, but the sound is annoying (and I assume indicative of an upcoming issue). I would love a fridge technician to come around and access the rattle, and provide a fix if necessary.

Microwave has power. When setting timer and pushing start. The microwave trips the fuse and loses power to kitchen. I have taken the cover off microwave and unable to determine cause of issue. Note some small cockroaches got inside. Unsure if related. It is a Panasonic microwave Note the grey box part is melted. Unsure if only requires this replaced
