Hi everyone! We’re looking for a reliable and thorough cleaner to help with our Airbnb in Maroubra (1 bed, 1 bath + balcony/BBQ) for regular guest changeovers. Ideally someone experienced with short stays and flexible on timings. Happy to support a local! The initial meeting will be a walkthrough at our apartment in Maroubra. 🛌 Bedroom • Change and neatly make bed with clean linen (host-provided or company-provided) • Wipe all surfaces, including bedside tables and mirrors • Vacuum floors, under bed and rugs • Empty bins and replace liners • Check under bed for personal items left behind 🚿 Bathroom • Clean toilet, basin, shower, and all glass/mirror surfaces • Replenish toiletries (toilet paper, hand wash, etc.) • Wipe light switches and door handles • Mop floor and empty bins • Check and remove any hair or residue 🍽️ Kitchen & Living Area (Open Plan) • Clean and disinfect kitchen benches, sink, stovetop, microwave, and exterior of appliances • Empty dishwasher or wash/put away any dishes • Refill tea/coffee/sugar if provided • Wipe dining table and chairs • Vacuum and mop all floors • Dust TV unit, remotes, and common surfaces • Fluff cushions and tidy general space 🌿 Balcony • Sweep balcony floor and remove any debris • Clean BBQ surface and tray (ensure no leftover food) • Wipe down outdoor furniture • Empty ashtrays or rubbish bins Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 1 Number of bathrooms: 1 Equipment and supplies: I can provide

Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to service a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb property located in Alexandria. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person, with 2–4 cleans per week depending on bookings. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to assist with Airbnb turnovers for our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Maroubra, NSW. 🧼 Key tasks include: • Changing bed linen and towels • Cleaning bathroom and kitchen (surfaces, mirrors, sinks, toilet, etc.) • Vacuuming/mopping floors • Wiping surfaces and mirrors • Taking out rubbish and replacing liners • Restocking essentials (toilet paper, coffee pods, soap – supplied on site) • Quick tidy of balcony area (sweep/spot clean as needed) 🗓️ Frequency: • As needed. • Stays range from 2–7 nights. • We’ll provide 1–3 days’ notice when a clean is required. 🛠️ Requirements: • Experience in Airbnb or short-stay cleans preferred • Own equipment/products, or access to those on-site • Ability to notify us if something is missing or damaged • Open to occasional same-day changeovers during high season Please include your rate, availability, and relevant experience.
