The goal is to have the property presented in immaculate, inspection-ready condition. A key requirement is deep carpet cleaning with stain removal, so please only apply if you have professional equipment (steam clean/extraction) and experience treating stains. Theres really not that much furniture the hardest thing is probably the bed to disassemble and bring over to the other house which is a 30 second drive.
