Core Cleaning Tasks: • Beds made with fresh linen (offsite washing required – applicant must acknowledge this requirement) • Towels replaced and laundered offsite • All floors vacuumed and mopped • Surfaces wiped down throughout (kitchen, bathroom, living areas, furniture, handles, switches) • Bathrooms thoroughly cleaned (toilet, shower, vanity, mirrors, shower glass) • Dishes washed and put away; utensils wiped • Fridge, microwave, and appliances wiped • Consumables restocked • Rubbish removed and bins relined • Light guest-ready staging • Keys dropped off and short video walkthrough sent Weekly / As Needed: • Dusting and spot-cleaning walls. • Treat any black stains on linen with chlorine wash.
