hello i am going to be selling my house and need photos, video and floorplans prepared and any edits needed when uploaded to a website that i have. i would like several photos taken inside and outside the house, drone video photography, as well as floor-plan in relevant file formats and a variety of resolutions. i would like photos and videos taken during different times of the day and night so we can pick the best photos. photos of the surrounding area too or stock images that be be reused without fees or chargs are ok. house is on 700m2 block in postcode 3145. you will need to block out neighbouring houses for privacy. plus some photo editing/touch up to make them look better. aim to complete next 1 - 3 weeks. Needing an extra drone pilot to help with Building images inside and out. Knowledge on 2D and 3D orthomosaic imaging would be great. Needing some photos and video for promo video. Must be able to edit and present finish product in 3 days after shoot. This will be a 4-6 hour job and has to be done on a sunny day, per my customers request. my customer will let me know a few days before the job, so I do not have an exact date. Please provide examples of flight routes you have and possibly any 2D or 3D images. Must have minimum ReOC and PL Insurance.
