Hi there, I am looking for a professional photographer to take some updated corporate headshots. It has been about five years since my last proper photo, and I need a few fresh, modern options for professional use. I would like to get 4 to 5 different high-quality edited photos in total, using 1 or 2 different outfits to give me some variety. Location: Can be done at a studio within a 30min drive from Gladesville. Where the imagery will be used Website, journal articles, local media features, social channels and upcoming digital programs. We need a versatile library, not a single campaign. Look and feel Editorial and restrained. Natural light wherever possible, warm and soft. Tones should sit comfortably with our palette of warm cream, deep navy and bronze. Composition can breathe; negative space is welcome, especially in wide shots we may overlay text on. What to capture People: Individual portraits of each practitioner, relaxed and approachable. Candid moments of practitioners in conversation with clients, listening, explaining, guiding hands-on. Sessions: 1:1 consultations and semi-private (1:3) sessions in progress. Focus on connection and technique coaching rather than exertion. Clients should look strong, capable and dignified, never posed or performative. Detail and space: Equipment close-ups, hands on weights, the clinic interior, small textural moments that convey care and quality. Video Short-form clips for web and social. Movement demonstrations with practitioner guidance, natural interaction between staff and clients, and a few slower atmospheric shots of the space. What to avoid Gym clichés of any kind. No harsh lighting, mirror shots, sweat-and-grind energy, dramatic low angles or fitness-model styling. No loud activewear branding in frame. Practical Please deliver a mix of landscape and portrait orientations, with several wide compositions suitable for website hero placement.
