Scope of work: • Accurate data entry in Xero • Bank and account reconciliations • Consolidation of accounts across related entities • Preparation of BAS reports for review Details: • Approx. 8–10 hours per quarter • All records are maintained in Xero • No need to lodge with the ATO – we handle submission internally • Work can be done remotely What we’re looking for: • Proven experience with Xero • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable and able to meet quarterly deadlines For the right person, this will be an ongoing engagement each quarter.

Hi there, I’m looking for a qualified accountant or experienced tax professional to help me with: 1. End of Financial Year Tax Return I’m employed full-time as a tradesperson I also do occasional side jobs under an ABN I’m registered for GST 2. 1-hour video call (advice + setup help) I want to better understand how to manage my accounts properly Improve how I track: Expenses (receipts, tools, materials, etc.) Income (ABN invoices) GST tracking I currently use a basic spreadsheet but would like help: Improving/streamlining it, or Setting up a better system (e.g. Excel or accounting software) What I’m after: Someone who can explain things clearly (not just do it for me) Preferably experience with trades/ABN + GST in Australia Ability to suggest a simple system I can maintain myself What I already have: Spreadsheet with invoices Saved receipts for purchases Basic understanding but want to do things properly Timing: Video call anytime in the next few weeks Tax return at end of financial year Let me know your experience and how you’d approach this 👍
