I have a complete Revit model of a single-family home and now need a polished exterior render that captures a clean, modern aesthetic. Your task is to transform the file into a photorealistic image that showcases: • Landscape design-include trees, shrubs, paths, and any hard-scaping called for in the model. • Lighting effects-balance natural daylight with subtle architectural lighting so the façade feels vibrant yet realistic. • Materials and textures-highlight the cladding, glazing, and roof finishes so their color and reflectivity read true to life. You're free to work in 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or the rendering engine you prefer-as long as the final result looks convincingly real and aligns with the modern style. Deliverables 1. One high-resolution still (minimum 4K) from the primary front angle. 2. Up to two minor revision rounds to tweak lighting, materials, or landscaping after I review the first draft 3. Source scene or settings so I can re-render if needed in the future.

We need an animated video for Vortair, a vortex-based pulverisation system that transforms waste into market-ready powders and pastes. The 20-second animation will illustrate the internal vortex process (feed → grinding → powder/paste outputs). We require one general animation plus seven additional videos showcasing specific products. This video will be used at trade shows, on the web, and across social media. We will supply logos, brand colours, raw footage, CAD drawings, storyboard, and script. An NDA must be signed before we share any materials. Scope of work - Create a 30-second standalone animated MP4 video and source files for After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D. - Provide an alpha/transparent render or separate RGB + alpha channels for editor. - Create social cutdowns of 10 seconds each. - Provide captions / SRT file. - Allow three rounds of revisions. - Deliver via download link and provide one backup copy. - Final master: MP4 H.264 (1080p or 4K). - Provide source project/animation files (After Effects, Figma, Blender, etc.). - Provide stems: music track and SFX as separate WAV files. - Include license clearances for music and stock assets used. - Sign an NDA and integrate provided logos, brand colors, raw footage, CAD drawings, storyboard, and script.
