Adjustment of Ikea bed frame - the mattress etc is sitting on the lower setting of the frame, would appreciate some help to adjust this so the slates etc sit on the higher setting the bed is otherwise built already and doesn't need assembly :) SYD CBD - no parking etc. must find street parking nearby

We’ve recently moved and need help reassembling our gas-lift bed and finishing our sofa assembly. The sofa is already around 70% assembled—it mainly needs the sections joined securely, but we’re unsure how to do it. (The sofa’s from Ikea)
