Disassemble a medium sized trampoline

Looking for someone experienced with IKEA furniture to partially disassemble my BRIMNES Queen bed and headboard in Yeronga, transport it to Teneriffe and reassemble it. The headboard is currently secured to the wall, so it will need to be carefully removed. I would prefer to keep the bed/headboard as assembled as possible and only disassemble what is necessary for transport. At the new apartment, I would also like help securing the headboard safely, ideally with minimal/no wall damage. Please bring your own vehicle and tools.

Home gym relocation Hello! The photo shows the current location of the home gym. This needs to be disassembled, relocated and reassembled in a safe manner ensuring proper cable tension, rod alignment and testing. I have the online user manual.
