I want to replace/upgrade the hydraulic mechanism on my gaslift bed (double) as it will not stay open, making it impossible to access. The bed was purchased online from Fantastic Furniture February 2025 so I think it's most likely that the hydraulic mechanism isn't strong enough or, it could be broken as opening it is also very difficult, as if there is no hydraulics at all. I assume it's under warranty but trying to connect with Fantastic Furniture's customer care is near impossible so it will be much easier to just get it fixed. Sorry, no photos. I can't hold the bed open and take a photo at the same time.
