The tree is visually uneven and was topped about four years ago, so we would like selective pruning/crown balancing where safe, removal of dead regrowth, and compliant clearance from the overhead lines. Separate approximately 10 m tree (invasive species) to be cut down near to neighbours fence (photo 2). Trunk is less than 1 ft across. Most of the tree is already removed. No stump grinding required and timber/green waste can be left on site. Please only respond if you are a qualified and insured arborist.

I live in Prahran, in a ground floor apartment, and there are a couple of large trees on my neighbour’s property that overhang into my yard and need to be trimmed back. Also need a couple of dead branches on my neighbour’s side cut I said I’ll sort as a gesture of good will for them.

Need help to remove a small tree, fairly small, height is close to 1 storey roof, the tricky bit is it's between 2 electricity cables, only 1 branch left, minimal work.
