I am looking for a licensed and insured Arborist to manage the complete removal of a tree from the front yard of a residential duplex, including handling the local council application process. ​The Tree: ​Species: Paperbark (Melaleuca) tbc ​Location: Front yard near the brick fence line. ​Scope of Work: ​Assessment & Council Approval: Inspect the tree and prepare/submit the required arborist report and tree removal application to Cumberland City Council on my behalf. ​Safe Tree Removal: Once council approval is granted, safely cut down and remove the tree without damaging the surrounding fences, property, or landscaping. ​Stump Grinding: Grind the stump below ground level. ​Waste Removal & Clean-Up: Completely remove all green waste, timber, and debris from the site. The area must be left clean and safe for a family environment. ​Requirements: ​Must hold a minimum AQF Level 3 in Arboriculture (required for the council report). ​Must have valid Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation. ​Please include all costs in your offer (Council application fees, arborist report, physical removal, and waste disposal). ​Timeline: I would like the initial assessment and council application submitted as soon as possible. Cut down a tree in my backyard - it's close to a neighbouring fence and a couple of limbs fall of before in strong winds. I don't need it removed from the property after its cut but do need it taken down professionally without any damage to the fence or neighbours. Happy for it to be cut into a few manageable pieces for me to process later on my own. I'd prefer someone who is qualified. Thanks!

The tree is visually uneven and was topped about four years ago, so we would like selective pruning/crown balancing where safe, removal of dead regrowth, and compliant clearance from the overhead lines. Separate approximately 10 m tree (invasive species) to be cut down near to neighbours fence (photo 2). Trunk is less than 1 ft across. Most of the tree is already removed. Need help to remove a small tree, fairly small, height is close to 1 storey roof, the tricky bit is it's between 2 electricity cables, only 1 branch left, minimal work.
