I have a few things that need to be fixed up: 1. Take this dress in: I have a blue floral size 10 dress that is a bit big around the waist and top. Can this be taken in? Can provide measurements/provide a dress of the same brand which is size 8 and fits me perfectly 2. Draw string straps: this is a silk dress from bardot and through wear and tear, the dress is held together by a thread. Can these be replaced with a similar colour of fabric? 3. Convert this black and green dress into a skirt: I love the bottom half of this skirt but have found I rarely wear it anymore. Can this be turned into a skirt only? Can also provide a skirt that fits me well. Cost for this includes the blue dress only and the rest can be discussed
