Garment is a Mountain Design Stratus. The original zip failed, and I had it replaced, but the second zip was metal and not very good quality. It is broken. I want it replaced with a high quality plastic zip with large teeth, as one normally sees on this type of clothing. THe zip is about 85cm long. I would like a YKK zip, of the highest quality.
Zeena was great to deal with, an expert. She is a much better option for complex zip repairs than what I previously tried.
