Please let me know if you have knowledge how to fix Daikin room air conditioner/ heater? (Photos attached) Heater stopped working and blowing out warm air. Turn on heater, light turns on, it starts up but no noise, heat or fan movement or noise then shuts down after a couple of minutes. Not sure if the issue with the hose is the cause of the problem of no hot air - photo attached. Please let me know if you can fix the heater?

We have a 2 zone brivis system - upstairs and downstairs. We recently had an NC-6 unit installed upstairs to start to manage that area, but it isn't working properly (zones have been swapped and upstairs doesn't shut off when temp reached (and vice versa)). There may be a problem with the zoning but we need help. The installers didn't know much about programming the NC-6 and had to come back a lot. We might be interested in a wifi module if it makes our live easier.
