Fashion Social Content Creator / Creative Content Producer Needed – Sydney I run SoftGhoulz, a Sydney-based vintage fashion brand, and I’m looking for a creative content producer to join us for an upcoming professional campaign/model shoot. This is NOT a UGC/influencer role and I’m not looking for someone to promote products on their own social media. I’m looking for someone who can work creatively alongside me and help translate the campaign into strong TikTok and Instagram content. I’ll be directing the overall brand vision and styling, and we’ll have a professional photographer and two models on set. I need someone with a strong social-first creative eye who can: • Help brainstorm TikTok/Reel concepts before the shoot • Create a social content/shot list with me • Be physically present at the shoot in Sydney • Help creatively direct social-first moments alongside me • Capture high-quality vertical video, BTS and detail footage • Understand hooks, transitions, trends and fashion storytelling • Edit the footage into finished TikToks/Reels • Suggest content opportunities while we’re shooting rather than simply filming BTS The SoftGhoulz aesthetic is vintage/Y2K with whimsical, feminine and gothic influences, so experience with fashion, editorial or visually driven brands would be ideal. I’m especially looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table. I know my brand and visual direction very well, but I’m looking for someone with a stronger understanding of how to turn a campaign shoot into engaging short-form social content.
