Looking for a wedding photographer for 1 to 2 hours on 16 October, starting at 11 am to 12/1 pm. It’s a small, intimate ceremony. We’d like photos taken during the ceremony, followed by some couple photos at the beautiful Pyrmont pier. We’d also like to record the ceremony on a phone, so ideally the photographer could bring a tripod to set it up, or help us with video recording. My partner and I are having a small, relaxed elopement on 1 May in Sydney and are looking for a photographer to capture the day! We’re keeping things really simple, with just a handful of guests, and are after someone affordable, friendly, fun and easy-going. We’re not having a traditional wedding, so we’re looking for someone who can capture the day naturally without making things feel too formal or staged. The day will look roughly like this: * Ceremony: A short, 20-minute elopement at Blues Point Reserve. * Afterwards: Around 3–4 hours on a yacht cruising around Sydney Harbour, celebrating with our closest people. Ideally, we’d love someone to capture both the ceremony and some candid moments on the yacht, but we’re flexible on timings and coverage. We’re not looking for a big, elaborate wedding photography package. We are getting married at the Pyrmont registry on the 14th of November. We would like to get some photos before and during the ceremony. (3PM) There will be a total of 18 of us. We are thinking of getting some photos mainly within the vicinity of the registry but will also be having a lunch after in the rocks. The ceremony will take place at early afternoon in the Pyrmont with a small group of fewer than 10 guests. Following the ceremony, we'll be moving to a nearby venue, where around 50 people will join us for the celebration, running through to approximately 6:00pm. We're a pretty relaxed couple and that's reflected in what we're after from our photography. We're not looking for video coverage, and we'd prefer to keep formal group shots to a minimum — our preference is for natural, candid images that capture the feel of the day as it unfolds.
