Hi there, thanks for quoting this job, the total time on job site is 2.30 to 7pm. The getting ready house, ceremony and reception venue are within a few blocks of each other at Ettalong Beach. We'd like a couple photos of people getting ready, starting 2.30pm, the wedding ceremony 4pm, some in-between beach photos, and then the reception at "the box" from 5pm (photos to finish by 7pm, though reception finishes at 10pm). The ceremony will take place at early afternoon in the Pyrmont with a small group of fewer than 10 guests. Following the ceremony, we'll be moving to a nearby venue, where around 50 people will join us for the celebration, running through to approximately 6:00pm. We're a pretty relaxed couple and that's reflected in what we're after from our photography. We're not looking for video coverage, and we'd prefer to keep formal group shots to a minimum — our preference is for natural, candid images that capture the feel of the day as it unfolds.

We are having a legal ceremony for our wedding at 10am on Monday 25th May, at Copes Lookout (Kirribilli). The ceremony is only 30 mins long, with myself and my partner Sophia, and our two friends. It’s a relaxed, intimate ceremony with just immediate family, short and sweet, but still a very special day for us.
