Hello, need someone a bit handier than me to help fix the wall and install a floating shelf we bought from RJ living. Photos attached including the wall damage from it falling off.

We need a handyman to complete three small maintenance jobs at our premises in Clontarf: 1. Repair slight basin leak - The bathroom basin has a slight leak underneath. - Please inspect the plumbing and repair the leak. 3. Install automatic door closer - We have already purchased a Ryobi 45kg Hydraulic Door Closer, which is ready to be installed. - Install and adjust the door closer so the bathroom door closes correctly and reliably. - Door closer is supplied. I’ve got a new mirror that needs to be hung on a wall. 180cm and 20kg.

I’m looking for an experienced and careful handyman to complete a number of wall-hanging and mounting jobs in my apartment. The job includes: * Hanging 23 pictures/artworks * Installing 8 shelves * Mounting 1 TV on the wall. Locations have already been marked on the walls. I already have the brackets/screws for the TV and shelves, as well as hanging hardware for some of the picture frames. The Tasker will need to supply any additional standard wall fixings, anchors or screws and bring all necessary tools, including a stud finder, level and appropriate drill/tools. I’d would prefer someone who can complete the entire job in one visit.

Looking for someone reliable and experienced to assist my mum with a few small jobs around the house: • Bidet spray: Check why it keeps leaking water and fix if possible. I’d also like a small holder/handle installed on the side so the spray has somewhere secure to rest. • Hang wall mirror: Hang a mirror in the spare room. It is fairly heavy, so it will need to be properly and securely mounted using the appropriate fixings/tools. • Check dishwasher: The dishwasher is currently not working. Looking for someone to inspect it and determine whether there is a simple issue that can be repaired or whether it is likely to need replacing. • Assemble 3 x Kmart clothing racks: These should be very straightforward and quick to assemble, however my mum is unable to put them together herself. Need the mirror hung, unfortunately it didn’t come with any screws or things to hang it with, so you’ll need to bring some along, as well as a level etc
