Left rear wheel says car is going 148 when it’s only going 30 mph. I replaced the speed sensor and still get the same reading so I’m assuming the tone bearing and Or a different bearing is bad

My 2015 Elantra was involved in a crash and it is totaled. I got a 2013 Elantra purchased. My 2015 Elantra has four brand new tires on it and I need to have them moved to my 2013 Elantra while the old tires on the 2013 are moved to the 2015 Elantra.
