Tasks: Re-install a new curtain rod (it fell). Mount (4) 20 inch floating shelves The shelves came with screws, but you’ll need to bring the appropriate tools for installation.Ensure everything is level, secure, and properly installed. What I’m looking for: Experience mounting and installing curtain rods. Ability to determine the appropriate tools/installation method for the wall. Please bring your own drill, level, and any other tools needed. Clean, careful work with attention to detail. Please note: You’ll be working inside an apartment, so I’m looking for someone who can complete the installation neatly and securely.

Looking for an experienced handyman to mount several items onto solid cement/concrete walls in an apartment in Brooklyn. Items to mount: 2 floating bedside tables (need secure anchor points for downward weight) 2 heavy mirrors (require heavy-duty anchors and level mounting) 4 picture frames Important requirements: Tools: Must bring a hammer drill or rotary hammer drill, masonry drill bits, a level, and appropriate concrete anchors/plugs (e.g., Fischer DuoPower, Tapcons, or heavy-duty masonry sleeves). A standard cordless drill will not get through these walls. Prep & Assistance: All items are unboxed and ready to go. I will be on-site to help hold, lift, and assist during mounting, so no second worker is needed. Clean-up: Please be prepared to manage/vacuum concrete dust as we go. Flexible on timing—please let me know what tools/anchors you plan to bring when submitting your offer. Thanks!
