I need a technician that can take a look on my sewing machine. Not really sure what’s going on but is not working properly. Need to take a look on it. It doesn't sew properly and the top and bottom threads skip.

I need someone who can sew two large dog bed covers for me using the materials I provide. I have two dense rectangles of foam measuring 40" long x 30" wide x 3" thick. My idea is this: Take a foam rectangle, cut the fabric to the appropriate size to cover the foam on all sides and install two 36" zippers (connected) to the long edge of the fabric. I envision the end result to be similar to a pillowcase but instead of having one end open to insert a pillow, the two zippers attached to the fabric would hold the foam piece (or "pillow") in place. I currently have all the supplies in the photos and would be happy to purchase anything else needed. And, I'm certainly open to any necessary modifications to my idea.
