i would like a custom made ruched/skirted bathing suit bottom using material that I have purchased. I have another skirted bathing suit bottom that can be used as a pattern or to view for the design i have some elastic and the material but I'd like it to be fitted to me. I think I prefer in person but if need be, I could send my measurements and images and material.
