I have a recently purchased Paggio Liberty 2024. I tried to start it up this week and it would light up, and turns over, but won't start. The brake light comes on when I press it. I didn't oil the vehicle for about a year of using it because I was dumb and one day it got stuck in ignition and wouldn't stop going forward. I thought it was a throttle issue so I replaced the throttle cable and handle grip but that wasn't the problem.
